On two occasions---February 22 and 24, 2004---Joe Middleton possessed at least some of the items of personal property stolen from Jason Hunters home February 19. On a third occasion, March 2, some of the items were found in his van. Middleton was indicted for burglary of Hunters home, was found guilty by a jury, and was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment by the trial court. Middleton appeals that conviction urging multiple points of error.
